Membership
Memberships are annual, whether paid once a year or by installments. Memberships are non-
transferrable. Memberships to join CBC offer members-only benefits and privileges.
Memberships are subject to membership terms promulgated from time to time and shall continue
until canceled. We reserve the right to revoke membership if we determine in our sole discretion
that a member has violated the spirit and/or terms of membership or these Terms of use, or there
is non-payment of the membership fee.
Proprietary Content, Third-Party Content and Trademarks
Proprietary Content:

but not limited to, its HTML code and software and other computer code therein contained,
trademarks, copyrights, articles, graphics, text, user and visual interfaces, artwork, scripts,
images, photography, designs, audio, video and written materials and other material that appear
as part of the Site (collectively, “Content”) are owned by CBC or its sponsors. All Content is
protected by national and international intellectual property laws, including, but not limited to
rights relating to patent rights, copyrights, trade names, trademarks, trade secrets, service marks
and any other similar intellectual property rights recognized under the law.
At any time, CBC has the right to claim ownership of its Content published on the Site and to
oppose use of its Content which is not expressly permitted by CBC.
CBC Trademarks and Logos: All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade, brand and product
names included on the Site are exclusively the property of CBC or used with the permission of

automatically grant CBC a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use such content.
Your Use of the Site
Permitted Uses:
You are permitted to use the Site and the Content for Your private, personal, and
non-commercial use only, and always in compliance with these Terms of Use. Any other use of
the Content or information on this Site, including reproduction for uses other than Your private,
personal, and non-commercial use or modification, distribution or republication, without clear
prior written consent of CBC is strictly prohibited. Your right to use the Content and the Site
terminates automatically, without notice to You, if You breach any of the Terms of Use.

occur under Your Account and/or username. You agree to exit Your account at the end of each
session, to immediately notify CBC if you discover or believe Your Account or username is
being used without Your consent and to notify CBC of any other security breach.
CBC will not be liable for any damage or loss arising from Your failure to comply with these, or
any other obligations of Yours set forth in the Terms of Use. You agree and acknowledge that
the use of the internet is never completely private or secure, and that messages or information
sent by You to the Site may be intercepted or read by others, even if there is a notice that a
particular transaction is encrypted.
At its discretion, CBC may at any time cancel Your Account or suspend Your use of or access to
the Site for maintenance, security, or if we believe you are breaching these Terms of Use. We
may also cancel Your Account if we believe that Your Account is being used without Your
consent.

At any time and without prior notice to you, we may change, revise, modify, remove, or add to

CBC has implemented reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to

Site. Information is stored in a back-end database. Only CBC employees and website
administrators have access to this information. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized
third parties will not be able to access this information and use Your personal information for
improper purposes and CBC will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any such
unauthorized use.

Your privacy and the privacy of all our visitors who have accepted being bound by the

matter subject to indemnification by You, and You agree to cooperate with us in such event.
Disclaimer of Warranties

and the Content from defects and viruses but cannot guarantee that Your computer equipment,

or any Content. Without limiting the foregoing, CBC shall not be held responsible for any

General Terms
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts shall have personal and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the
use of the Site and/or in connection with these Terms of Use, save for any right under mandatory
provisions of applicable laws that establish legal proceedings in the place of residence or
domicile of the users. These Terms of Use set forth the complete agreement between You and
CBC with respect to Your use of the Site and supersede and replace any prior understanding,
whether oral or in writing. The failure of CBC to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the
Terms of Use shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
The Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between You and CBC and govern Your use of
the Site. If any provision of the Terms of Use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be
invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties';
intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms of Use shall remain
in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim
or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or the Terms of Use must be filed
within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
