General Terms
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without
regard to its conflict of law provisions. The state and federal courts in the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts shall have personal and exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of the
use of the Site and/or in connection with these Terms of Use, save for any right under mandatory
provisions of applicable laws that establish legal proceedings in the place of residence or
domicile of the users. These Terms of Use set forth the complete agreement between You and
